This is my second time writing this post due to the previous one deleting itself… It’s really harsh making me admit failure twice wordpress!
So, I’m down 1lb since last time I blogged. Super f***ing fantastic. Granted, I’ve barely gone to the gym, and my food choices haven’t been amazing… but the last thing I want to do on a cold, dull and miserable day is get sweaty in a gym and eat a salad. Actually, the last thing I want to do is undo all of my hard work.
Gym tomorrow, I swear! Before all the New Years newbies come and take over everything! I know it’s a big goal seeing as we’re coming up to the holiday season but I would really love to lose 6lbs by new years. Wish me luck!
Gym in the morning, legs bums and tums class on Friday! Eeeek, only done it once before and ached for 5 days afterwards… Least I know it worked!
So, Decembers goals are: gym 4/5 times a week, don’t eat SH!T, lost 6lbs and feel healthier… Shall keep you posted, I pinky promise. I’m working a lot next week… Maybe I’ll do a detox?!
P.S Since last blogging about my big life decisions… let’s just say that LIFE IS GOOD!
Firstly, I caught a horrible virus, so I’ve been feeling pretty rough this week. I only made it to the gym twice… but I lost 2lbs! A total of 37lbs lost and just 17lbs more to go
I have also made the (very big) decision to leave university. I started my 2nd year in September, and after absolutely hating my first year and having a bit of a breakdown… which struck again this month, I have decided that university is simply not for me I feel like a huge weight has been lifted!
But don’t fear… I start training for a different course next weekend that I have been working towards and waiting to do for a year and a half… SO EXCITED! BTW this course is the initial training that will lead me to my dream job!
So with a much smaller workload, less stress and more time… I am devising a workout timetable
Very productive week (even with being ill) and I’m excited for this new chapter.
So here I am…. Approximately 10 months after starting my weight loss journey and I have decided to document it… mainly for my own sake and motivation!
In January, I started off at 180lbs. Since then I have lost 35lbs. Then summer came around, I got lazy and having fun took priority. Now I’m back at uni, and in more of a routine… still have another 19 to go until my (for now) goal weight of 126lbs.
I will be blogging on Tuesdays, with updates on my weight loss, diet and fitness. I aim to go to the gym at least 4 times a week, do a lot of walking (10,000 steps per day) and possibly start boxing and swimming to shift this +st.
